Sales leader Robert Cicmansky began his career at Jack Wolf GMC in Belvidere, Illinois. He later took on his current position as the outside sales manager for Generation 3 Media in Loves Park, Illinois. A member of the National Reenactment Society, Robert Cicmansky is an active World War II reenactor.

Historical reenactments may include significant battles and more mundane activities such as living like a pioneer. Reenactors perform as characters from a certain time in history and bring the scene to life for viewers.

Since historical accuracy is important, the process of becoming a historical reenactor often begins with research. Individuals interested in becoming reenactors should gather information about their preferred period. This gives them valuable insight into the daily lives of people at that time along with clothing and body language that may no longer be part of the modern world.

At this point, prospective reenactors can begin looking for volunteer opportunities. For beginners, starting small in a local or regional reenactment is preferred. Certain volunteer activities provide costumes for reenactors, but many long-time reenactors prefer to own their costumes. Historical equipment may also be provided by the host, though this is not guaranteed.
